Effective for products purchased through Foamexo official channels

At Foamexo, we stand behind the quality, engineering, and craftsmanship of our products. To provide complete satisfaction and peace of mind, Foamexo offers risk-free trial periods for eligible products along with limited manufacturer warranties covering specified manufacturing defects and material failures.

This Return & Refund Policy covers Foamexo mattresses and non-mattress products, including ergonomic pillows, orthopedic cushions, bedsheets, and comforters.

1. Mattress Return & Refund Policy

1.1 100-Night Risk-Free Trial

Every original Foamexo mattress purchased directly through www.foamexo.com is eligible for a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial from the original delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Mandatory 21-Night Adjustment Period

We recognize that your body requires time to adjust to an ergonomic mattress. Return requests can only be initiated after the mattress has been slept on for at least 21 consecutive nights from the date of delivery.

One Return Limit Per Household

To prevent policy abuse, trial returns are strictly limited to one (1) mattress return per customer, email address, payment method, or shipping address. Subsequent mattress purchases are considered final sale.

Condition Required for Return

The mattress must be returned in pristine and donatable condition and must be free from:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid spills

  • Stains

  • Burns

  • Odors

  • Dirt

  • Mold

  • Tears

Foamexo strongly advises customers to use a waterproof mattress protector.

Unboxing Requirement

The compressed mattress must be unboxed within 30 days of delivery. Keeping the mattress sealed beyond 30 days will void all trial and warranty protections.

Eligible Mattress Purchases

The 100-night trial applies only to standard-sized mattresses purchased directly through www.foamexo.com.

Custom-sized mattresses and purchases made through third-party marketplaces are excluded.

Promotional Items

Where free promotional products are included with an order, such as pillows, protectors, or sheets, their undiscounted retail value will be deducted from the refund if the promotional items are kept or unsealed.

2. Accessories Return & Refund Policy

All Foamexo pillows, cushions, bedsheets, and comforters include a 7-Day Risk-Free Trial from the date of receipt.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the tracked delivery date.

Condition Required for Return

Products must be returned:

  • Undamaged

  • Clean

  • Free of stains

  • Free of dirt

  • Free of odors, including perfume, smoke, and pet odors

  • Free of hair

  • Free of liquid spills

 

Original Packaging

Products must be returned with all original tags attached and the original packaging intact.

Hygiene Requirements

For hygiene reasons, items that are heavily soiled or washed with harsh chemicals before return will not be accepted under the 7-day trial.

4. What Is Covered Under Warranty

The Foamexo manufacturer warranty covers non-deliberate manufacturing flaws and material defects under standard domestic indoor use.

4.1 Mattresses

Permanent Sagging or Indentations

Any visible impression or dip exceeding 2.5 cm (1 inch) when no weight is applied to the mattress surface.

Structural Foam Integrity

Physical cracks, tears, or hollows in the core foam or latex layers are covered subject to the 6-month claim rule.

These physical foam defects must be reported within the first 6 months of receiving the mattress to be identified as a manufacturing fault. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

After 6 months, it cannot be verified whether cracking or hollowing resulted from a production error or improper use, which will invalidate the warranty for this type of damage.

Unwrapping & Expansion Failure

Failure of a compressed mattress to fully inflate to its advertised size within 14 days of unboxing, allowing for an industry sizing tolerance of ±2 cm.

Cover & Zipper Flaws

Defective stitching, fabric tears at seams, or faulty zipper assemblies caused by manufacturing errors.

4.2 Ergonomic Pillows & Cushions

These products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Core Foam Integrity: Abnormal foam degradation, cracking, or sagging exceeding 20% of the original height under standard personal use.

  • Structural Deformities: Severe permanent loss of shape or core collapse not caused by improper washing or abuse.

  • Manufacturing Flaws: Broken zippers, seam splits, or stitching unravelling upon initial delivery or during standard usage.

4.3 Bedsheets & Comforters

Bedsheets and comforters carry a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering:

  • Seams & Stitching: Hem unraveling, open seams, or defective quilting/stitching on comforters and bedsheets.

  • Fabric Weaving Defects: Material tears or structural thread gaps present upon delivery due to manufacturing errors.

  • Color Fastness: Severe, excessive color bleeding or fading after the first wash under recommended washing instructions.

5. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage and trial eligibility are strictly voided under the following conditions.

Unreported Cracks/Hollows After 6 Months

Foam cracks or hollows reported after the initial 6-month post-delivery window are excluded.

Normal Softening

Gradual reduction in firmness or minor delay in foam recovery time, which is normal for high-density foam, soft foam, and latex over time, is not covered.

For accessories, natural softening of memory foam or minor height loss under 20% is considered normal wear and tear.

Comfort Preferences

Changes in personal sleep preferences, body aches, or subjective firmness feedback after the 100-night mattress trial ends are excluded.

For accessories, changes in personal preference regarding firmness, height, or temperature regulation after the 7-day trial are excluded.

Liquid Damage & Stains

Discoloration, stains, burns, odors, moisture damage, mold, or damage caused by spilled liquids, sweat, bodily fluids, chemical cleansers, or improper cleaning solutions are excluded and may immediately void coverage.

Improper Foundation Support

Mattress sagging or damage caused by unsuitable foundations is excluded, including:

  • Slatted bases with gaps wider than 7 cm

  • Bowed box springs

  • Uneven floor surfaces

 

Delayed Unboxing

Damage resulting from keeping the mattress compressed inside its vacuum packaging for more than 30 days after delivery is excluded.

Unauthorized Resale & Commercial Use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Non-residential use, including hotels, rentals, and dorms

  • Second-hand purchases

The warranty is strictly non-transferable.

Fabric Pilling & Snags

Pilling on fabric surfaces caused by friction, rough usage, or abrasives over time is excluded.

Improper Washing Care

Water-washing or machine-washing the inner memory foam or latex cores is excluded. Only removable covers are washable.

Accidental or Pet Damage

Tears, cuts, claw marks, or bites caused by domestic pets, sharp objects, or accidents are excluded.

6. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

For Mattress Trial Returns

Return requests can be initiated after the mandatory 21-night adjustment period and within the applicable 100-night trial period, subject to all trial conditions.

For Accessories

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the tracked delivery date.

For Warranty Claims

Warranty claims may be submitted within the applicable warranty period, subject to the specific coverage and exclusions applicable to the product.

Step 1 — Document the Issue

Take clear photographs or videos showing the defect or product condition.

For mattress indentations, measure the indentation using a flat ruler or straight edge. Include the product's law tags where applicable.

Step 2 — Contact Foamexo Support

  • Original Order ID

  • Invoice

  • Clear photographs/videos showing the issue or product condition

 

Step 3 — Resolution

For valid trial returns, the customer will receive a full refund or replacement, subject to the applicable trial conditions.

For verified warranty claims, Foamexo will provide a free replacement part or brand-new replacement product where applicable.

For confirmed mattress warranty defects, Foamexo will repair or replace the defective mattress with a brand-new equivalent model at no charge. A replacement mattress does not extend or reset the original 7-year or 10-year warranty period.

7. Promotional Bundle Deductions

If free promotional items were included with a mattress purchase, such as pillows, protectors, or sheets, the undiscounted retail value of those promotional items will be deducted from the refund if they are kept or unsealed.

8. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foamexo's total cumulative financial liability under any circumstance is capped at the actual purchase price paid for the product.

Foamexo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

For non-mattress products, liability is strictly capped at the purchase price paid for the individual product.

9. Right to Refuse

Foamexo reserves sole discretion to deny trial or warranty service to individuals suspected of:

  • Fraud

  • Policy abuse

  • Commercial resale

  • Competitive brand affiliations

 

10. Policy Applicability

This policy applies to Foamexo products purchased directly through official Foamexo channels.

The non-mattress product provisions apply exclusively to Foamexo non-mattress products purchased directly through official channels.

Custom-sized mattresses and third-party marketplace purchases are excluded from the mattress trial benefits.
