Applicable to all FoamExo mattresses purchased through our official website, physical store, or authorized marketplace listings.

1. WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Every FoamExo mattress is built on the same high-density FoamCore Support Base and is backed by a manufacturer's warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product line.

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the original purchaser and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

- Genuine manufacturing defects in the foam layers (cracks, hollows, or structural faults) that arise despite proper use and handling.
- Permanent sagging or dipping of the mattress surface greater than 2.5 cm, verified as not caused by normal wear.
- Manufacturing faults in the outer fabric cover, including damaged zippers or faulty stitching present at the time of delivery.
- Failure of the compressed mattress to fully expand to its advertised size within 14 days of unboxing (allowing ±2 cm sizing tolerance).

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECT REPORTING WINDOW

Any cracks, hollows, or foam-related defects must be reported to FoamExo within the first 6 months of delivery to be evaluated as a manufacturing fault. Inspecting the mattress upon delivery and during early use is the customer's responsibility.

Beyond this 6-month window, FoamExo cannot reliably determine whether a foam-related issue originated from manufacturing or usage, and such claims will not be eligible for review. The remaining warranty coverage (e.g. sagging beyond 2.5 cm) continues to apply for the full warranty period.

4. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

- Normal softening, body impressions, or gradual comfort-layer wear from regular use — expected foam behavior, not a defect.
- Damage from cuts, burns, liquid spills, stains, or improper handling.
- Use on an unsuitable, damaged, or improperly sized bed base/frame (including slatted bases with gaps wider than 7 cm, bowed box springs, or uneven floors).
- Mattresses resold, gifted, or transferred by the original purchaser to a third party.
- Non-residential or commercial use (hotels, rentals, dorms).
- Any mattress not purchased through FoamExo's official website, physical store, or an authorized marketplace listing.
- Personal comfort preferences (e.g. "too soft" or "too firm") where no manufacturing defect is present.
- Damage from keeping the mattress sealed in its compressed packaging beyond 30 days of delivery.

5. THE 100-NIGHT FREE TRIAL

Every FoamExo mattress comes with a 100-night trial from the date of delivery, subject to:

- Mandatory 21-Night Adjustment Period: Return requests can only be raised after sleeping on the mattress for at least 21 consecutive nights. Your body needs this time to adjust to a new mattress.
- One Return Per Household: Trial returns are limited to one (1) mattress per customer, email address, payment method, or shipping address. Subsequent purchases are final sale.
- Prompt Unboxing Rule: The mattress must be unboxed within 30 days of delivery. Keeping it sealed beyond this voids trial and warranty protection.
- Pristine Condition Required: The mattress must be returned free of stains, cuts, odor, or damage to be eligible for pickup and refund. We strongly recommend using a waterproof protector.
- Mattress protectors, pillows, and other accessories are not covered under the 100-night trial and are non-returnable once used.
- Trial benefits apply to standard sizes ordered directly through foamexo.com. Custom sizes and third-party marketplace purchases are excluded.
- If free promotional items were included with your order, their retail value will be deducted from your refund if kept or unsealed.

6. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR

Upon verification of a valid manufacturing defect, FoamExo will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected mattress with the same model. If the same model is no longer in production, a comparable model of equal or nearest value will be offered. A replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period. Where only the outer cover is affected, FoamExo may replace the cover alone if the foam core remains undamaged.

7. PICKUP, DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

- Kerala customers: FoamExo covers pickup and replacement delivery costs on approved claims, free of charge.
- Outside Kerala: pickup and replacement shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated at purchase.
- Pickup is typically scheduled within 7–10 working days of an approved claim.
- Refunds for approved trial returns are processed within 10–14 working days after the mattress is received and inspected at our facility.

8. HOW TO RAISE A WARRANTY OR TRIAL CLAIM

Email support@foamexo.in with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
- Clear photographs and a short video of the affected area
- A photo of the mattress label/tag showing model and manufacturing details

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be delayed or declined. FoamExo reserves the right to request additional information or a physical inspection before approving any claim.

9. GENERAL TERMS

- Valid only for the original purchaser; non-transferable.
- Applies exclusively to mattresses purchased through official/authorized channels.
- The invoice or order confirmation is valid proof of warranty and must be retained by the customer.
- FoamExo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will not affect prior purchases.
- FoamExo reserves sole discretion to deny trial or warranty service in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, or commercial resale.
- Total liability under any circumstance is capped at the purchase price paid for the product. FoamExo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- In the event of any dispute, FoamExo's decision on the validity and resolution of a claim is final.
